CHALLENGE
Berlitz, Inc. is a global language education company that helps individuals and organizations develop language skills for personal, academic, and professional growth. They needed a more intuitive way for prospective students to explore and select courses that fit their preferences, learning goals, and budgets. Their existing process made it difficult for users to compare options efficiently, often leading to confusion or drop-off before enrollment. The challenge was to create a digital experience that simplified complex course data while remaining visually engaging and easy to navigate.
SOLUTION
I designed the Berlitz Program Finder, an interactive web application that empowers users to quickly identify the ideal language course through a streamlined, slider-based interface. The tool allows users to filter options by key criteria such as budget, class size, and location preference—instantly updating results in real time. I focused on creating a clean, intuitive layout optimized for accessibility and usability across all devices.
By combining strong visual hierarchy with personalized user pathways, the final design transformed a complex selection process into a simple, engaging experience. The result was an efficient, responsive application that improved user satisfaction and increased course discovery and conversion.
