CHALLENGE
ELS Educational Services provides English-language instruction to students from around the world, helping them improve language skills for academic, professional, and personal growth. They wanted to simplify their youth enrollment process, making it easier to match students with classes suited to their age, language level, and program interests, while improving overall engagement and usability.
SOLUTION
I designed a streamlined application that guides students through a dynamic, intelligent form flow—collecting key details such as age, language proficiency, and program interests to automatically recommend the most suitable courses. To address the complexity of multiple program options, I created clear, intuitive wireframes in Balsamiq and built fully animated prototypes in InVision Studio, helping stakeholders visualize the user journey before development.
The interface features progress indicators for clarity, a structured layout for easy navigation, and a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects the brand’s professionalism. This solution successfully improved engagement, reduced drop-offs, and helped students find and enroll in the right programs quickly and confidently.
